This project involved designing a majestic reception for Hajj pilgrims in a luxurious event hall, with meticulous attention to every detail to reflect the sanctity of the occasion and the pride in welcoming pilgrims back after completing their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
Welcoming Backdrop and Visual Identity: The reception area featured white backdrops and marble columns adorned with the “Tafweej Company” logo and welcoming phrases engraved on reflective mirrors, enhancing the visual identity and delivering a high-level welcoming message to the pilgrims.
Colors and Décor: The setup employed a harmonious color palette of royal blue, sky blue, white, and gold, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. The hall also included grand sequential balloon arches and floral arrangements in dark blue and white, embodying the formal and sophisticated nature of the occasion.
Overall Atmosphere: From the gold-adorned entrance to the reception area, the hall was designed to provide an organized, formal, and dignified setting. The arrangement offered pilgrims a refined and grand reception experience, reflecting respect and appreciation while leaving a lasting, visually impressive impression.
